Students In Free
Enterprise (SIFE)

Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) is a
global, non-profit organization that is changing the world with the
help of dedicated student teams from over 1600 universities
worldwide. With guidance from Sam M. Walton faculty advisors,
SIFE teams conduct various community outreach programs to teach
principles of free enterprise, including market economics,
entrepreneurship, personal finance success skills, and business
ethics. In doing so, SIFE teams provide inspiration, create
economic opportunity, and improve the quality of life for millions
of individuals across the world. Each year, SIFE teams have
the opportunity to present their projects and its economical impacts
in SIFE competitions held worldwide. Competitions provide
students with the opportunity to join together to celebrate their
significant contributions to the quality of life.

For students, SIFE provides an
opportunity to develop team work, leadership, and communication
skills, by applying what they've learned in the classroom to real
world projects. In teaching and serving others, students begin
to realize their potential to change the world.
