Practice Problems
Winthrop's ACM Student Chapter
Association for Computing Machinery
These are various problems that have been used in the past for the ACM programming competition. If there are copyright issues, they will be removed immediately. Until then, we'll be adding problems and our solutions to them as we work them. There are links to the actual problems on the links page. Please tell us if you use them for anything, as we'd like to know that they're being utilized. There are some resources available, if you are so inclined.
"Fractions, Fractions, Fractions" (1998 Greater New York, Problem E)
"Bank (Not Quite O.C.R.)" (1995 Northwestern European Regionals, Problem B)
"Biorhythms" (Problem 756 from Universidad de Valladolid)
More to come...
