Katie Dykhuis is the Director of External Relations and Assistant Professor of Management for the College of Business Administration. After receiving her BS in Business Administration she worked for Accenture, a global consulting and outsourcing firm. At Accenture, Katie managed HR and recruiting operations teams, and was instrumental in streamlining and documenting HR Business Process Outsourcing procedures. Katie also oversaw HRIS improvements and implementations, and  developed and delivered HRIS and HR operations training. After completing her MBA, Katie spent a brief time at Family Dollar’s corporate headquarters as an HR Information Systems analyst. Before coming to Winthrop, Katie was a Continuing Education Program Manager at York Technical College. In this role, Katie worked with local organizations to develop business and computer training programs for their employees, and helped coordinate networking meetings and training programs for local entrepreneurs.
