Since earning her Ph.D. from Indiana University, Dr. Pierce has taught in every area of accounting except tax, including MBA and Executive MBA programs.  At Winthrop, Dr. Pierce will be teaching Management Accounting in the MBA program and Financial Accounting in the Executive MBA program.

Dr. Pierce’s research has been published in the Journal of Accounting and Finance Research, Journal of Financial Statement Analysis and Advances in Accounting.
